泰国NBTC允许Wi-Fi 6E VLP and LPI应用到便携式客户端设备中
近期，泰国NBTC针对Wi-Fi 6E，在2023年4月28日颁布的技术标准NBTC TS 1039-2566 Telecommunication Equipment Using Frequency of 5.925-6.425GHz 基础上做出更新并做出解释。
2023年8月24日，NBTC重新解释，将允许便携式客户端设备可以使用输出功率LPI 250mW EIRP 和VLP 25 mW EIRP，这就意味着手机，平板和笔记本电脑将可以申请 250 and 25 mW EIRP 的证书。
正式实施前NBTC需要1个月的时间来完成其内部认可流程， 因为正式法规实质上没有变化，NBTC只是针对法规做进一步更清晰的解释，所以实施更新法规前不会另行通知。在这1个月期间，可以通过特殊申请递交NBTC。

申请文件：
- 产品规格书：必须要宣称频率仅在 5.925-6.425 GHz 之间
(不可以出现频率 6.425-7.125 GHz )。
- 终端产品制造商宣称信：用于室内(LPI 模式)，室内/室外(VLP 模式)终端产品的频率 frequency 6.425-7.125 GHz 可以用软件使其失效。
- RF 测试报告：必须只呈现5.925-6.425 GHz (不可以呈现 6.425-7.125 GHz 频段) ，同时报告要包含LPI 250 mW EIRP 和 VLP 25 mW EIRP的输出功率。
- SAR测试报告: 必须只呈现5.925-6.425 GHz (不可以呈现 6.425-7.125 GHz 频段). 同时要包含LPI 模式 250 mW EIRP。
- 安规测试报告。
