• American Electric Bicycle Regulations

  EPAC(Electrically power assisted cycles) Requirements	The power does not exceed 750W; the speed cannot exceed 32km/h (20mph) under a weight of 77kg (170 pound).
  Finished Electric Bicycle Standards	16 CFR PART 1512，UL 2849：2020 (Non-compulsory standards; e.g. Amazon platform-based stores and offline stores are required to provide corresponding testing reports.)

• EU Electric Bicycle Machinery Directive Certification
  Machinery Directive 2006/42/ECwas officially implemented on December 29, 2009, and is applied to the mechanism, mobile machinery, machines for lifting and transporting people and safety accessories as a compulsory certification in the EU market.
  Products conforming to the directive, manufactured by EU enterprises or imported from other countries, must be affixed with the CE Mark (if sold in the EU market) to indicate that such products have met basic requirements stated in New Method of Technical Coordination and Standardization.

  EPAC (Electrically power assisted cycles)Standards EN 15194:2017	On March 19, 2019, it became the coordination standard subordinated to Machinery Directive as well as the compulsory requirement. Namely, EPAC sold to the European market must reach various requirements of EN 15194:2017 and be affixed with the CE mark.
  Finished Electric Bicycle Requirements	MD, EN12100 Risk Analysis, WEEE, RoHS, EMC and REACH
  EPAC(Electrically power assisted cycles) Requirements	The rated voltage shall not exceed 48V; the maximum power-cut speed is no more than 25km/h; the continuous maximum rating is not greater than 250W; the maximum saddle height is 635mm at least; suitable for private or commercial use, except electric bicycles available for renting.
  Charger Requirements	EMC (EN 55014-1:2017, EN 55014-2:2015, EN IEC 61000-3-2:2019 or EN 61000-3-2:2014, EN 61000-3-3:2013 + A1:2019 or EN 61000-3-3:2013) , LVD (EN60335-2-29:2004+A2 or EN 60335-2-29:2004/A11:2018) Report
