There are 28 physical recall cases from the EU market, including 4 cases on health risks, 12 cases on choking, 6 cases on injuries, 3 cases on strangulation or injuries, 2 cases on choking & injuries, and 1 case on injuries & suffocation.

There are 11 chemical recall cases from the EU market, all cases are against the REACH regulation.

There are 9 physical recall cases from the US market, including 2 cases on suffocation hazard, 7 cases on flammability.

There is no chemical recall case from the US market.

There are 2 physical recall cases from the Canadian market, involving strangulation hazard, flammability respectively.

There is no chemical recall case from the Canadian market.

There is no physical and chemical recall case from the Australian market.
