Intertek Becomes Admitted Evidence Third Party Testing Body for Import Products in Xiamen Area of China (Fujian) Free Trade Pilot Zone
According to the Xiamen Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau order 2015 No. 5, Intertek has been approved to become an admitted evidence body in Xiamen Area of China (Fujian) Free Trade Pilot Zone. The children’s toys and Taiwan’s apparels imported through Xiamen free trade zone can be tested at Intertek’s toys and hardlines testing laboratories in Shanghai and Shenzhe, and Intertek’s textile testing laboratories in Shanghai and Guangzhou, and obtain product compliance testing reports as admitted evidence for customs clearance. This extends Intertek’s services for Chinese domestic market, and will significantly improve the clearance efficiency at Xiamen free trade zone, and save time and cost for the importers.
